Fat Tornadus-T

Tornadus-Therian
Slowbro
Chansey
Mega Scizor
Gliscor
Tangrowth

Analysis

The foundation of this team is the Regenerator Core ( Tornadus-Therian , Slowbro , Tangrowth ), designed to outlast the opponent through passive healing and constant pivoting. Chansey was added to cover the special defensive gaps that the Regenerator trio couldn't handle alone. To prevent the team from being too passive, Mega-Scizor and Gliscor were chosen as "Bulky Offense" threats that benefit from the chip damage provided by the core. Finally, the move choices specifically Teleport and Future Sight on Slowbro were picked to create a synergistic offensive pressure that forces the opponent into uncomfortable positions while your sweepers set up

Pressure Zapdos + Jirachi Wish-Pass

Posted by M1dnight00

Chansey
Mega Sableye
Quagsire
Zapdos
Tangrowth
Jirachi

Analysis

The process began with the core of mega-Sableye and Chansey , forming the classic "SableResh" (Sableye + Pink Blob) foundation to bounce hazards and wall special threats. To handle setup sweepers that could break through Chansey , Quagsire was added for its Unaware ability. Zapdos was then integrated to provide necessary hazard removal (Defog) and a check to physical flyers and Grass-types. Tangrowth joined the squad to form a Regenerator core and act as a secondary check to powerful physical attackers like Garchomp or Landorus-Therian . Finally, Jirachi was selected to provide Wish support and a reliable check to Fairy-types and Psychic-types like Lele, rounding out the team's defensive coverage and sustainability.

Peaked #1 - [91.1GXE] - [NatDex OU]

Zapdos
Azumarill
Scizor
Chansey
Volcanion
Mega Medicham

Analysis

After reaching 3rd on the ladder with this balance team in June 2020, I decided to see how good this team was after the Crown Tundra DLC was released. Oh boy did it age like fine wine.

My favourite thing about this team, which I have had for years now, is how easy it is to completely win on matchup. Some battles require effort to lose, because the wall breakers hit so hard. However, most of the time you need to soften up the enemy team with Mega-Medicham + Specs Volcanion, then try to sweep with a combination of banded bullet punch and aqua jet.

You may be looking at this team and thinking "Wow, this looks completely unviable, half these mons are terrible in the current meta!". Hopefully I can change your mind about that by the end of this thread. Also, if you're thinking electric pokemon ruin my team, with the glaring lack of ground type, you're only about 51% correct.

Analysis

I once reached a peak of 1944 Elo using a team with 5 Boots, but playing this team for long became somewhat boring, So I decided to build a team with Mega Sableye and greedily give Dinja a sash. Because the computer suddenly blue-screened, I missed taking a screenshot of the leaderboard, but I remember that the ladder was somewhat dead at that time. The first place was Psalm 1202 with 2000+Elo, and I was in second place. English is not my native language, so please excuse me if I don't express myself well.
